Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
There are no hidden shipping charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay (excluding any applicable taxes, if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order from the Track Order page on our website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact our customer support within 24 hours with photos of the package and your order details.
